About Megan Hill Mitchum

I joined Century 21 Signature Real Estate in April 2005 and since then have been actively leading buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals in central Iowa. I’m a member of the Buffini and Company network and I’m proud to be aligned with such a powerful network of people, all working by referral. My passion for real estate along with my commit real estate agent of the Year. For several years running I’ve been in the top 10 Iowa and top 100 Nationally for Century 21. In a competitive real estate market like today, I believe it’s important to find a real estate agent who’s taken professional training to the next level. I take pride in the education and training I’ve acquired and truly believe it benefits our clients during the buying and selling process. Being CRS certified signals to consumers and other real estate professionals that out of more than 1 million real estate agents, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists, making me one of the top in the nation.

 

My GRI designation represents in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. The NAR’s Green Designation helped raise my awareness of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. I’m involved at the state level with IAR and enjoy being part of the DMAAR Board of Directors, along with other industry committees. I’m a member of the RPAC Major Investor President’s Circle and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. When I’m not working the ins and outs of real estate, I’m spending QT with my husband, Tim, and 2 sons, Hayes and Boone. I enjoy supporting local businesses, sweatin’ it out at the gym, traveling, cooking, and has a love for music and wine like no other.
